General Shipping Information
Depending on stock availability, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt ("Business days" meaning Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Upon shipment, you will receive email notification of shipment and a tracking number where appropriate. In some cases, your order may actually ship earlier than expected.
Please note that orders shipping to a P.O. Box cannot be expedited.
You may need to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and handling fees to receive your order. These additional fees are not collected or controlled by Zephyr Technology. You may be contacted by your local customs office concerning payment of customs fees, or to receive final delivery of your order. Customs processing of your shipment might cause delays in the delivery of your package. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order so you know what to expect.
The shipping charges you pay to Zephyr Technology do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Zephyr and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees. Zephyr cannot estimate customs fees, taxes, duties, or other fees resulting from international shipments. Contact your local customs office if you need more information.
Zephyr does ship internationally from the United States. Shipping location is determined by stock availability and by global destination.
Countries Zephyr Does Not Ship To
Currently, Zephyr will not ship to the following countries due to regulatory, tax, customs, carrier, or other issues: Japan,Portugal,Russian Federation.

Additional Shipping Surcharges May Apply for some International Buyers
Occassionally, the location we are asked to ship to will fall well outside the usual and customary charges associated with shipping - these are typically associated with remote locations, or locations that are otherwise difficult for our carriers to ship to. In these rare cases, Zephyr will attempt to contact the customer and give them the option to continue with the purchase along with any additional shipping charges, or to cancel the order and attempt to purchase the products through one of our distributors.
